With an i860 or older pluged, uninstall the motorola usb modem driver.
Then use this usb fix, running usb.bat file.
Then pulg your i870 and reinstall the drivers using the drivers of the attached file.
You must have webjal 5.
Open webjal, connect and enjoy.
