Tutorial on Making Wallpapers Using IrFanView For New Users

Step 1: Open IrfanView

Step 2: Click File -- Open... Then find your wallpaper

Step 3: Click Image then Down 8 Options To RESIZE/RESAMPLE (Or press CTRL+R)

Step 4: Unclick the "Preserve Aspect Ratio Box"

Step 5: Set the new width and height for your wallpaper
(W-130-H-130 for i730 and i830, W-176-H-220 for i860)
Then click "ok"

Step 6: Click File--Save As

Step 7: Re-Name the wallpaper and Click the drop down menu and click "GIF - COMPUSERVE GIF"

Step 8: Click Save
