:11 Finding a SIM is a giant PITA
This isn't necessarily a question... just a rant.
Every tech I've spoken with at Nextel, regarding my 7100i that I just bought off someone, has told me something different about whether I need a new SIM.
I'm using the SIM from an older phone (i305... SIM is yellow/64k) Phone was working fine, but data access was sporadic, after having bought the unlimited data plan.
When I became convinced I needed a SIM, each tech or CSR pointed me to a particular store location or telephone number, not one of which was any help.
I finally received some help. After resetting the Blackberry for the 260th time, as well as taking the SIM out for the 40th time, the thing just started working perfectly. I ordered a new SIM anyway fior a couple bucks off ebay just in case. But for now, the most help I have received came from the BB/iden gods.
I love this phone... the service is OK.... but screw you Nextel, I'm goin home.
