trouble using webjal

Nope. I'm using XP. Now that I connected the old boost phone in, I am having no problems. I've downloaded lowjal and it is working great. I really like this loader because where i live i dont have reception half the time and with it being a stand alone loader i can transfer at all times.. My props to LOW, or whoever made it.

Yes,lowjal is byfar the best loader and its an offline loader!!!!! :thumb:

I recently downloaded webjal to attempt to download ringtones. I plug my phone into my usb cable and start webjal. It starts to load but ends up with a message "the application was unable to retrieve required information from the server" . I was told that firewalls may cause this so i disabled them. I still get the message. Anyone have any suggestions? It would be much appreciated. Thanks.
