trouble using webjal
I recently downloaded webjal to attempt to download ringtones. I plug my phone into my usb cable and start webjal. It starts to load but ends up with a message "the application was unable to retrieve required information from the server" . I was told that firewalls may cause this so i disabled them. I still get the message. Anyone have any suggestions? It would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Webjal servers are down. Download myjal in the nextel section or become v.i.p and get the best loader lowjal.

thanks , but now a new problem.
I appreciate the answer to my webjal problems and i kinda feel a little behind the times. I did download myjal and am now having a new problem. I run myjal and try and click on enable usb connection and recieve the error "there is no Iden USB drivers installed". I have found in this forum some people who were having the same problems. I havent found any resolution though. I have tried virtually everything that was suggested to try in this forum and others. If I hadnt exhausted all my options i wouldn't try and waste anybodies time. I hope the redundancy of my request doesnt make anyone impatient with me. I would really appreciate some help. Thankyou!

ive tried it all
I have tried everything. I've Downloaded and ran the drivers, deleted all drivers, tried Harry Thompsons fixes , I've tried windows' recommended fix, even tried letting some nerd tech give it a shot.( No offense if u consider yourself a nerd. Just a joke.) Ive tried it all and the same damn answer, that iden usb drivers are not installed. I was considering goin ahead and getting lowjal , but i"m not sure if that is gonna make a difference. If i feel confident that it is not my computer and that i will have the proper tech support I would go ahead and purchase Lowjal. Please, someone make me confident that they know what is going on and if it is fixable. Thanks again.
( If i am sounding a little frustrated, well probably because i am . this is driving me NUTZZZZ)

I got answer to problem.
Well i got an answer to my problem. Not from here but from a friend. If anyone is having a problem with myjal finding the usb driver you have to connect a phone that is a model prior to the i880. For some reason when i plugged in an older boost phone i was able to check the box "enable usb connection support" with no errors. I now can connect my i885 to it and am having no problems. Keep this suggestion in mind if anyone is having the same problems. Well , thanks anyways.
