yes telenav from nextel does but it requires a data plan starting at 5 or 10$ extra a month depending on how much u use it
there are FREE gps tools that give u speed heading and long and lat do a search for em there on here
there is also free gps phone tracking but u NEED a data plan from nextel if u have a mynextel account u can add it there then u have to configure it with nextel i did it for a month b/c it was free from nextel but i WARN you if u have any kind of gps software running it WILL KILL your battery i used a free tracking software on my i870 and my battery would make about 3/4 with out much use
