when you start the application up, instead of pressing BUY, just press "check it out". You can see a few of the FREE channels. I have it on my phone and i do it like that. just press check it out. and they do not charge for using the 'check it out" section.

i was just looking a little more into it and for the full feature its a monthly subscription. doubt anything "free" with boostTV besides the check it out thing will come out of it.
