i need to know how to get ringtones onto my fathers phone....he has an lgcu400....just got it, and wants to put some ringtones on it...is this possible? he bought a cable to connect to the pc...but im not exactly sure how to do it, i only use nextels...any input would be greatly apreciated....

I just got it less then 1 month, n for the price, it's a great package, and was wondering if anyone knows of software, or programs to make tweaks to the phone.

well, for dizzy... from what i know that mobile phone supports mp3s too. you can use them as ringtones... anyway, if you've bought a cable for it, it's really simple, just install the software, choose your mobile phone and then you just make file transfer good luck.

I have a question about the sound quality rate of LG mobiles.Its sound quality is too bad as well as so slow then the sony ericsson mobiles.

Haven't been keeping up to date on things here. Got rid of my HTC Mogul, didn't quite like workiing with A Mac. Got a LG Rumor. I use www.mobile17.com to put ring tones and pics on it. Free & easy.

I can connect my 8500 to the bluetooth on my PC, but that's it. I can't get it to transfer anything. Anyone else get it working?

I used a USB card reader to put music on my 2gig card & Bluetooth to tranfer pictures to the LG Rumor. At least my Rumor appears to use .amr extention for the ringer, so for now I will use mobile17.com, until I can find a program to create my own.
