i need CDMA help

Ok i kno this is not the spot to post this but i need help.. can someone help me out plz.. ok i am in cleveland.. and if anyone is familiar to cleveland they have revol/northcoast which is local coverage only.. well i am trying to find out how to get free ringtones with these phones.. tyhe problem is they are on a CDMA network and i dont kno anything on CDMA next thing is they have motorola phones and keyocera phones.. i dont know if that makes a difference but i realli need help... thx in advance...
