Need Help With Magix Ringtone Maker

Everytime i make a ringtone, either save it as an mp3 or wav. it starts transferring to phone, but when i think it's complete..it says something about general communication application, does anyone know the problem here, i mean i usually get my ringtones from nextpimp.com/ their ringtones dl to my phone great, i use say bit rate same frequency on wavs..everything same..but my created ones dont seem to work, HELP PLEASE!!!
