This isn't exactly something that phone companies want you to know about or have, therefore its not distributed..openly anyways. search around this site regarding 'unlocking' and you might run in to the program name. though it wont do you much help because its a bitch to find the program but if you post your CP, people can unlock the phone for you

Our company is Purchasing a Motorola Licensed RSS And reason for this purchase was Rebanding freq of Southern Linc.
We Do not know it has Unlock Feature. that is why we are searching for answers.

oh,well if you're looking for it under licencing thats a whole new issue, sorry i dont have the answers you are looking for though.

For a company, i think you'd be looking for the RSS Lab which gives you the highest capabilities, im not sure who the distributer is though
