are you tring to load mp3? if so then download this attached file and open it in cool edit. once successfully opened in cool edit do the following....
1. Hit "File"
2. Select "Save As"
3. Select "Options"
Now at the top of the screen there should be a space for a preset. This ringtone you already know works so make this your i860 preset. Now from now on whenever you're doing a mp3 ringtone you just make sure the i860 preset is selected and you shouldn't have any problems.
