adobe photoshop Tutorial

could someone plz write me a nice Tutorial to resize wallpaper for the i870. I have done it before but is has been a while need to refresh my memory plz include size format also format for the i730 also

if ur gonna use photoshop....

1. file>new make it 176x220 PIXELS (not inches)

2. edit>paste the pic u want into photoshop

3. now on the top just under the drop down windows(same place as where file and edit is) under window there should b a box that says "show transform controls" make sure that is checked

4. now on the left toolbar...click the tool that looks like a pointer, and a four way arrow..its the top right in that toolbar

5. hold shift (to preserve aspect ratio) and change the size of the pasted picture until ur happy and it fits...now press file>save as and under the name make sure you save it as a .GIF not a .PSD
