Follow the steps below to properly install the driver
- Go to Device Manager
- Right click on Motorola USB Modem
- Select Update Driver Software

Select "Browse my computer for driver software"

Select "Let me pick from a list of devices drivers on my computer"
Click "Have Disk"

Click "Browse" and browse to C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\MOTOROLA SHARED\MOTPCSDRIVERS\USB MODEM

Click "OK"

Under "Manufacturer" select Motorola
Under "Models" Select the first driver listed
Click Next and Vista will install your drivers.

Run your Jal program and Vista will switch the driver to a P2K Device. If it does not follow the same steps as for the Motorola USB Modem but select the P2k Device to update driver software and you may have to select Flash Interface Device as the hardware.
