Tracking GPS without TeleNav

In order to track the GPS position of your phone, you need 2 things...

1. a phone with GPS
2. a computer with internet

Then turn on your phone and press #, *, MENU, RIGHT ARROW

Then scroll down to GPS, and then select location.

if the location is N 46.7809 then that means its 46.7809.
if the location is S 46.7809 then that means its -46.7809
if the location is E 46.7809 then that means its 46.7809.
if the location is W 46.7809 then that means its -46.7809

Now get the latitude and longitude and enter them both into
http://www.mapquest.com/maps/latlong.adp

please note even if you don't have telenav, it will STILL work and you will get a map of your cell phone's location. Please note, it will only work when you have your cell phone with you, unless someone else has it and you ask them to get the numbers for you.

- Do i have to have this feature enabled through nextel
- And does this cost
- Is there anything else out there that does this for free (any type of software)

Yes you do have it on your phone if it is a nextel and no it does not cost money.
