does anyone know a way to make the caller id screen work on a 710, if im using 730 parts on it??

first off I have a I880

I installed lowjal with the security key given and when I try to connect the phone it tells me it cannot connect to check my preferences and driver installation. Cancel or retry.

I have downloaded the drivers from lowandloud and still can't get it to connect.

I previously owned a I860 so the usb cable I have is for that phone but I am pretty sure it's the same cable for the I880. With the usb cable hooked to the computer, when I hook the I880 to the cable it does make the short connection sound that it's supposed to, so I am pretty sure the cable is not the problem.

FYI- I had the drivers from the I860 (wich should be the same) installed on my computer before I installed lowjal. After installing lowjal and failing to connect to the phone, I then uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the drivers lowandloud offers in the forums with no luck. After the driver installation is complete it tells me there is a problem with the installation and that my hardware might not work properly in the bubble on the bottom right.

Have turned the card reader off thru the phone? If not check the settings. Goto settings> memory card> USB connection> Card Reader Disabled should be checked. Try that .
