encryption problem

I seem to be experiencing a problem with the phone after I store music, videos, and applications on a 1 gig sd card. After a while for no apparent reason the files become encrypted and will not allow me to delete some of them. Did anyone else experience this problem before..?

Probably corrupt, not encrypted. Remove card from phone, and connect to PC using the USB SD card reader. See if you can view files correctly on PC.

Also, it may correct the problem if you run a chkdsk (scandisk) on card.


Start --> Run --> chkdsk x: /F
(x is the drive letter assigned to sd card)

Thanks but my computer does not have a slot for memory cards nor do I have anything to read it from execpt by using the phone cradle to connect to the computer...
