well this is the fastes way i know how to put movies on the i930
1)install tcpmp[1].smartphone.0.72RC1 on your phone just copy and past it in your phone.
2)open PocketDivXEncoder_0.3.60, where is saids select your device pick the frist one
3) then pick your avi file
4) where is says output dimensions change that to 202x164
5)then hit encode now
6)u just made a 700mb movie intel a 170mb...and still looks good
7) transfer to sd card run tcpmp on your phone look for the file and there u go...........nextel.done!
