how do i load Ringtones to my razor v3??

Im new to this phone moding stuff dose any one know or wanna show me how to load ringers to my sprint phone??? Im useing a razor v3 and i dont have the net on my phone or i would have done it through the net.. I do have the usb cable so i wanna try it that way...

Well what you can do is trasnfer the music files to the phones ringtone folder.
