Uploading ringers without the web (USB Cable) for A900
1) Using QPST, browse to /brew/mod/obione/jas/index/ and find the NEXT available number. So if you have 1-14 use 15 for your ringer... if you have 1-10 but are missing 5, use 5. We'll use 15 for all of the following examples:
2) Rename the .m4a file you created with the Music Converter to 15.gc
3) Right-click on your 15.gc and goto Properties, write down the file size (NOT size on disk)
4) Create in notepad a 15.gcd file and put the following in it, but change the Content-Size to the file size in Step 3, and change the Content-Name to the name of your song:
Content-Type: audio/mp4

Content-Size: 100000
5) Create in notepad a 15.txt file and put the following in it, but change CONF and COSH to the filenumber you are using from step 1, change Size to be the file size in Step 4, change the last part of the path to match the filenumber you are using, and change the NAME to the name of your song:
CONF: 15
COSH: 15

6) Using EFS Explorer (QPST), Upload the 15.gcd and 15.gc to /brew/shared/jas/content/
7) Using EFS Explorer (QPST), Upload the 15.txt to /brew/mod/obione/jas/index/
8) Close EFS Explorer and reset your phone
You MUST have all the files in the correct places listed above or else the phone will delete any of the orphaned files on startup.
After doing these steps, the ringer will be listed in your My Content and can be assigned to anything you like
