word all i know is when you use it make sure whatever settings it has is on straight cable not modem

Well, I went through and did all the crap and finally got it working. I can edit my contacts and the calendar, etc. What I cannot do is mess with the wallpapers or ringtones in any way. I scanned the help files and found this message:
Model Specific Notes

SCP-3100

This phone only is known to work with the driver from <A href="http://support.susteen.com/ics/support/DLSplash.asp?task=download" target=bitpimhelpexternallink>DataPilot.
The filesystem is not available on this phone and BitPim currently does not support downloading of photos from the phone.

I clicked that DataPilot link and got an error about my session timing out? I dunno...am I just screwed to forever listening to the Asian Jingle and the other countless crappy ringers or what???

I must say, my phone so far has had the easiest way to transfer ringtones and wallpapers. a micro sd card, with an sdcard adapter and a card reader

in the options where you choose the phone. set it to "OTHER CDMA PHONE" and just read file system.

Tried doing that...I get to Filesystem and it says retrieveing...shows as busy at the bottom for a while then says ready at the bottom and retrieving dissapears but nothing is listed in the Filesystem.
