This worked for me, so it might work for you, however, I'm not responsible for anything you do to your phone...
Needed Software:
-Scotty2 8.26 downgrader v2
-P2K Easy Tool v3.7
Note: Do not ask me where to get these. Google.
(I'm assuming the drivers for your phone are all installed)
Step 1 - Back everything up. (in case something goes wrong)
Step 2 - Downgrade your bootloader to 07.D0 using scotty2's program.
Step 3 - Connect your phone to your computer in bootloader mode.
Step 4 - Load up P2K Easy Tool 3.7 and select V3 RAZR from the dropdown box.
Step 5 - Go to the Locks tab, then check Unlock SP.
Step 6 - Click Do Selected Jobs.
Once it's finished, your phone should be unlocked.
