I have a i710 n i was wonderin if i bought a housing thats 4 the i730 n bought a replacement external lcd if it would work

i710 with i730 housing.
yes you can use it with that housing. the i710 and the i730 are the same phones, except the i710 does not have a caller id or a clock.

no, you can not get an external lcd on an i710. The board does not support it. The 710 and 730 have different boards. If you hook up the 730 outer lcd to a 710 board, it will just stay blank. Sorry guys, but it doesnt work.
